We are experiencing electrical issues. The engine won't turn over and the display flickers.

Check the battery with multi meter to see if it’s reading 12.4 to 12.6 volts if so the battery should good , also check the battery post to see if there clean of no corrosion and are tightened on the posts where they should not move at all after cleaning , also inspect the battery post wiring that hooks to battery post and make sure there is corrosion in the wires. If all is good , check fuses and relays for your starter in fuse panel to make sure there not burned out or bad. Cause I had the same issue and just decided the starter was bad , so replaced the starter and still didn’t turn over and dash lights flicker , so I checked fuses were good , but the run start relay was bad. And that solved the problem after swapping with another relay from the rear ac blower relay and started right up. So I didn’t need a new starter at all , expensive in all

That did the trick thank you. We ordered new fuses and relays to replace the whole set which was all under a 30 dollars. After replacing them and charging the battery a bit more, it started right up. Thanks

It started many times before leaving the dealership, get home mom goes to open drivers door and panick alarm sounds as opening,shut it off and notice drivers door will no longer open from exterior and door locks weren't working. At the time we didn't know the fuse had been removed from the locks. The power sliding doors everything worked from ke fob for a bit but then stopped you can hear a click but nothing happens except for the panic button. So tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting to reset and after that the vehicle crancks but won't start. I've tried everything on the internet to reset it but nothing

Lost key need to start

I lost the key so I got one from the junkyard and now the anti theft is not letting me start the car I've done all the little tricks with the battery terminals held together for a half hour I have put the car on a battery charger with the ignition on for over an hour and still nothing has reset so does anybody have any advice for a individual that doesn't really have a lot of money

Does anybody have suggestions cuz I'm going to burn it to the ground because that's what happens when I mess with electrical and I would prefer not to do that my wife will kill me not literally
I don´t think any of those diy solutions would work. The only thing you can do is to use a proper scanner to pair the new key with the ECU. That's the only way to make the ECU recognize the new key, it's a matter of software reprogramming.

Turned off ignition and took my key out the motor was still running. I turn the key back to the “on” position, but would not go into gear without bypassing it. Get it home unplugged the battery & plugged the battery back in the van would not start. Charged the battery without success. Changed battery it started back up but would turn off with unplugging the battery once again.

I'm having issues with my 2013 dodge Grand caravan though it was the fuel pump and I replaced it with out doing much trouble shooting being something else but I'm sure it it could be the otm or whatever it is called because it will not start until I have cycled it with the key at least 3 times then It will run for a few minutes and die and after a few more times of cycling it with the key it will fire up and run and drive like it should but the front heater motor is not working but the back one is and all the windows will not roll up or down and no noise from the motor when you push up or down… Read complete
