Headlights not working

Dodge Grand Caravan 2005 Basic 306000 miles

Dash lights only work in parking light mode with switch mid-way. When switch is on headlight mode (full turn) dash lights turn off and only parking lights work. Brights work if I pull and hold the lever towards me but if I release it they go off.

Mine too and the turn signals hyperflash when headlights are off or during day driving.

Electrical / failsafe

2011 dodge grand caravan windshield wipers are automatically stuck on as well with the head lights, and the cluster is completely dead, blinkers do not work.

I have the same issue on a 2014 , change all the fuses check the relay and nothing did you fix it ?
