i had my prius 55 raised with alloy on all 4 wheels, since then ive been hearing something like a spring in the back of my car all the time. had the alloy put in in the midst of august.

Both my front wheels have locked up. I have tried to change the brake calipers but still the brakes are locked. The piston on the calipers won't retract after applying brakes causing a jam on the front wheels. What could be the issue?
