The car is 4 years old and the screen for the multimedia starts but the touch function does not work. After 10 minutes or so and after the car has warmed up it starts to work properly. Recently checked for updates in the dealership and brought it up to date but still it doesn't work. Now that it is colder outside the problem seems to be for a longer period of time.
