Stalling/ Not starting SolvedSolved

Volvo S60 2015 2.5L turbo AWD 117000 miles
This started when I got a new battery, I have had to constantly tinker with my Terminals to get it to start/run. I am pretty sure it is the overload fuse connected to the terminal. I have rigged it to get proper. Connection a few times but seems I will have to either replace or bolt a steel beam to the front and back of the fuse. Sometimes it works just fine other times it will shut off mid drive or not start at all until I mess with my terminals. I leave my door open to hear my relay click telling me it has power. I have cleaned all connectors to my battery via Wire brush. Any suggestions? I have it so Bricked up rn 🤣 but currently it's working. Definitely not a permanent fix. Copper wires around all positive connections and a bricked to keep the battery in place.

So I pulled it completely off put a different 250 amp fuse to a new connector from the fuse box to the terminal. This part is NEAR impossible to find at stores (pps gf40 md25) fuse. Will show what I did later
