Volkswagen T-Roc 2023 hatchback, 1.0 Life TSi 17500 miles

So I got my almost brand new car, with less than 12k miles. Within 6 months of purchase, the clutch seems to be resisting when I want to take it out of reverse gear and into gear 1 or from neutral to gear 1. VW has already changed the gear 1 and 2 synchros, but the problem is still there. It's set to go back in again with them.

I don’t know if it’s my clutch but every time I go to pull off I hear a screeching sound took it to VW and they tell me that there’s no parts on the market to fix it and it doesn’t covers under warranty.
