Low Beam on a brand new (less than 1 yr) replacement headlamp assembly not working after changing bulb and fuse. Other lights on drivers side work. Bulb and fuse both work on passenger side (OEM original assembly). I can get new assembly for both sides for about 100 off ebay from a 100% seller. Is this the best fix? How difficult to change the assembly (do I need to take off the bumper??)
