When I turn on the vehicle the cluster and the radio do not come on no gauges no speedometer

So the car would barely move whenever i press on the gas pedal and the engine would just scream whenever i press the gas pedal

Been through everything...in time, have fuel & fuel pressure, new crankshaft position sensor, new coolant temp sensor, new fuel pressure switch, new ignition tumbler...

I can't locate my evap cable connector. Help me trace the cable
