Still haven't found it and that truck is a piece of s___!, the lifters fail and it ruins the cam, I've had nothing but problems with that truck and especially that fricking motor

2016, my Radio quit long ago. No reason or rhyme. Fuses look good.
I had the same problem in my 2021 ram 1500... there is a inline fuse close to battery and the firewall that needs to be taken out and checked to see if blown. If not blown wait a minute then reinstall fuse and it should work.

Sometimes when you disconnect the battery or change the battery you got to reset the radio I'm not sure on how you do it check with the deal or ask them they might help you see if the mechanics walking around or something to ask them
The reason for the radio not working is when sometimes you disconnect the battery or change the battery and that's for thieves when they steal your radio it can't be used

I have had this happen on Jaguars in the past, and on a few other high end vehicles to thwart theft. Wasn't aware of it on a Dodge truck how ever. Call the dealership, and verify your vehicle has this anti-theft feature. If it does rust the code to unlock the radio. The VIN will be required, and possibly other information dependant on the dalership. Check the owners manual and accompanied paperwork a th 'code may have benefits recorded therein. This is for those who still are wondering what was does in your particular case that solved your problem.

Driving and out of no where a bunch of random warning light start coming on back to back... airbag ,service shifter ,traction control. Abs just everything you could think of made it home checked battery seems good it started over and over again no problem but this morning it started twice and now it won't turn over at all. All lights work dash headlights but when I press the button it doesn't do anything except dash lights up like normal just doesn't even attempt to start. I unhooked battery for couple hours and nothing I checked fuses. And when i push brake down its really hard...I don't know what to do

I had a zautomotive tazer installed on it and have used tazers for years on many vehicles never and issue and this had been on here for over a year and for some reason it just freaked the system out one day and it had to be Uninstalled and the truck software had to be reset and updated but I will leave the tazers alone from now on
Same. Went thru 6 starters. Am some aftermarket and some mopar. All sensors / relays good but after car stays on the starter overheats and shuts off. Burning the starter.

Engine misfires, stalled while driving. Found blown ignition coil fuse, ignition coil for #5 cylinder inop. Replaced all spark plugs, ignition coil, wouldn't start. Tested and replaced PCM, truck ran great for 3 months. Some issues. Eventually, after getting the PCM and ignition coil replaced under warranty, and replacing all coils, I replaced the wire from the PCM to the # 5 coil and replaced the electrical clip to the coil. It's been 8 months, still running fine.

Could be a cut wire. Check for broken contacts. Or it could be a faulty bulb

My truck randomly started shutting down while driving. It happened 4 different times. I'll shut the vehicle off turn it back on and I can continue driving but it will happen again. I have no idea what the issue is. I've replaced the fuel pump and that didn't fix any issues and the dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong either. I'm leaning towards fuses but the fuel pump fuses look good. Anyone else have this issue going on? Any direction as to what it may be would be great!

I had an issue where it turn off and didnt want to turn back on found out it was fuse F64 (Fuel Injectors) fuse then a week later it turn off while driving and it was F70 (fuel pump mtr) might want to check F63( Ignition coils) aswell

I am trying to track down why the battery indicator light either is always on or it is on when you first fire up the truck in the morning and by mid day the light never comes back on. The voltage on the truck says it’s at 12-13 even with the battery light on and to me that seems like an okay operation. I have tracked down just about everything. New battery, replaced the radio, checked fuses and relays. Is there something I am missing???

This is how I fixed mine so on the fuse box in the very top left corner you’ll see like a screw that looks connected to the battery you’ll clean it up and you’ll also have to tighten it if it’s loose it’ll show the battery sensor issue
When u test the alternator it should read between 13-15 volts if ur getting 12-13 then u need an alternator these trucks will throw a battery light if ur within .05 volts off factory specs, there’s also a battery sensor on the battery u can check and a 250 amp fuse on the red terminal

Also check the circuit boards attached to your lights they are infamous for rusting out I just had to replace mine with some remans and it's working now

Is the board in the cab or under the hood?
@KentwatknsIt's attached to the light it's a gray circuit board it has three attachments for the bulbs they're either twist in or pop in. The circuit board is in sealed so what happens is water gets in and corrodes the contacts and over time they break and you no longer get a connection so you have to replace the whole circuit board and then what you do to water seal it is cover it in hot glue

@RichardThe lights actually work. You can manually have blinkers with the switch. I am thinking it might be a flasher but I can’t find one
@KentwatknsOkay I know which one you're talking about, check under your dash or in the engine sorry it should be in the fuse box which is located above the driver's side tire in the engine bay
@RichardThe turn signal flasher is made into the fcm " front control module" that is mounted to the front of the fuse box under the hod. The relay is not serviceable. I found this too on Google

I have hooked to a few different trailers and I don’t have right turn signal/ brake light on any trailer I connect to. I have confirmed that the trailer lights work properly with other vehicles. I checked fuse F10 and it wasn’t blown, changed it just in case. Still nothing, tested power at fuse and have power in both sides. Removed plug from the back of the 7 way and tested for power on the green wire and had no power there. Since the fuse isn’t blown any ideas on where to look next?

Yes, it was the harness after The plug coming out of the BCM on the frame rail. The harness makes a loop and it runs on itself. It rubbed itself through the look and the wire

I bought something that goes in the four prong plug that one works fine but the I think it's 7 prong plug doesn't seem to work but it works for the running lights on the trailer. So I am not sure for mine lol
Are your running lights the only thing working on the 7 pin?

Yeah. And I even changed out the 7 pin plug on the trailer to see if that would fix the problem and negative and all the wires are hooked up properly I triple checked

I’ve even removed the fuse to dash and battery still drain. If lights are turned to auto dash lights won’t dim or turn off, but if only parking lights are on dash will turn off but then how do I get parking lights off?????

You need to turn those knobs (bottom left corner that control interior lights) all the way left or if they’re already left, turn to the right.

Plugged a charcoal starter must have blown a fuse. Changed fuse (special fuses had to reset them) didn't work

I'm having problems with the seats; they're not heating up, the phone chargers aren't working or won't turn on, the steering wheel isn't working, and the airbag and seatbelt lights are on. All of this started happening after I had the fuse box repaired, and now none of the fuses are working after they were replaced. I've checked the fuses, and the problem persists. I'm also getting a ram1500 laramie 2011P1416 code.

No, what I meant was that after I sent the fuse box and the TIPM unit to be repaired, all those lights came on. After that, I have airbags, the seat lights are on, the seat heaters aren't working, none of the seat switches are working, the dashboard lights are off. Practically everything is dead, even the chargers for my cell phones. After they sent me the TIPM unit, it was even worse. And now these people are telling me I have to pay them again to look at the TIPM box again and find out why the problem is happening.

I still have the same problem, the lights on the steering wheel and the driver's seats don't turn on, the airbag doesn't heat up and it stays on, and I haven't been able to solve my electrical problem.

I've replaced both the passenger and driver side headlight bulbs. Driver's side works, but passenger side doesn't. The fuse diagram on this site, as well as in my owners manual and the fuse box cover say the fuses are F55 and F61, however, neither location has a fuse in it. But again, driver's side lights still work. Anyone experience this?

The push button start isn't working, it says that 'trailer brake service' is needed, also a code is flashing for 'four wheel drive needing service', But it won't actually turn over, won't even try and start. I push the brake in, then push the button to start it, and it'll turn the accessories on, I push the button again and it turns it to "run" but it doesn't actually start. The dash just flashes a couple times and then it turns it off.
I'm currently stuck in a parking lot so I'm definitely open to any advice, that being said I've tried...
•changing the brake light switch
•Changing the key fob battery
• doing a "hard reset"(disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes)
•jump starting it
•examine fuses for any obvious damaged ones

The 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn is getting error code U0131 Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module. Fuse 2 (125A) has been checked on the battery, Fuse N7 (80A) has been checked, as well as fuse 35 (10A) Spare 10 Amp Red PCM / ECM / Power Pack Unit (PPU) Motor Generator Unit (M0 ke Up / EPS / Active Tuned Mass Module (ATMM) / ESP. Having a hard time locating the EPS negative bolt behind the passenger headlight.

Transfer case switch on bezel and heated seats don’t turn on at all

Electronic transfer case control switch heated steering wheel heated seats. Don’t turn on at all. Fuses looked good and connections are clean. No wire issues at all.
