Battery: It accumulates the electrical energy generated by the alternator. It provides energy to all the electric and electronic circuits of the car.

It provides stable energy that has been regulated to the whole car. They are usually sealed and do not require any sort of maintenance. They have 2 terminals (connectors): a positive one (red), and a negative one (black). When the battery runs out, it must be replaced by a new one with the same characteristics.
I can start it and drive to a store battery light not on. Park go in come back out start car and battery light will be on. I replaced the battery twice now. And I have changed the alternator already to. Have even taken it to the dealership twice and the say nothing is wrong with it.
corrosion inside of starter cable from the battery. probably just past the terminal clamp or the ground clamp side cant always see it under the wire insulation. generally they are not long enough to fix so replacement is the best option. but check both sides and bothe ends of cable. inspect all ground straps use volt meter.along with visual cleaning or replacing anything questionable and thus elemenating that trail. I hope this helps
I had the same problem, it cost me 600 euros to replace the battery plus alternator, and the problem still persisted, in the end I found the solution, it was because of the battery terminal that was not making contact Always and consumes current from the battery, try to see if it moves and what condition the fuse from the battery that leads to the alternator is in. It shouldn't move and if it's oxidized and not the color of copper, remove it and clean it with a wire brush.
Died while passing another car the radio center console turned off at first all other power stayed on AC etc. rolled to a stop. Tried to restart heard the starter click at first but then nothing. Got it towed home tried to move the crank shaft with everything still attached plugs still in it moves hard to move like that but I can move it. When it first died I could smell a faint electric smell . There is a clicking noise that comes from the fuse box area under the hood . Clicking is not the starter solenoid. Charged battery 12.6 on the volt meter took the exhaust manifold off starter has 12.6volts going to it but it is not engaging I still feel that it is some thing else since the car just died and didnt turn over .
Starter died when trying to start the car after it died . The motor is locked up I can still turn it but takes everything I got to move it a little bit . New starter could not turn it over
So Randomly doesn't start sometimes keep trying and eventually does. No codes reading, not alternator, battery, starter, and when turning key all windows, display, lights, radio ect have power. To them and keyfob battery and key new. ( have original and new key same issue)
Had the same problem for about two months. Replaced battery, fuel pump and relays. Found out crank sensor had gone bad and will not set codes immediately. Replaced crank sensor and never had an issue again.
Engine does not shut down even key is pulled offend ignition lights stay on even engine shut form releybox if fuse 17 is taken out engine shuts and ignition light shut normally. When fuse is pushed in problem return. Ignition switch changed. Battery is OK
Still unsolved bus tome progress... fuse 17 removal "corrected" partly when taken off. Engine stars and shuts of normally and warming lights turn of when key removed. There must be other + line somewhere feeding back and keepin ignition on still do not know what. Next I remove the the boot panes to see if there is astra relay broken? very strange. Check the plug and removed all wires from it. So still struggling Cheers
I replaced the alternator replace the battery and it's run for a little bit then the shut off I was told that I need to replace it with a alternator fuse where do I find that at
You could take a picture of it but usually that's a 180Amp Batterie Sicherung für Hyundai und Kia 1879001319 18790-01319 | eBay.de https://share. Google/ljhqgpqcvwwdexi6c
For a dashcam and extra battery i need a braker position which stay live all the time.
When driving (obviously)
When idle
When starting
When off and locked
Does someone has the braker schematic?
Sorry but I can not find it. Maybe it's a very simple answer, but I can not find it 😞
The car battery died a while back. Ever since then the hatch will not open. I do not have power hatch, just a manual hatch. Fob won't work and the exterior button won't work. Only emergency release works.
Lights come on but the car won’t crank. The key was left on for an extended period of time & when I tried to crank it it wouldn’t start. Checked relay fuses, key Fob battery. Battery terminals. Bypassed starter relay.
