Front Wiper Fluid Pump Not Working

Honda Pilot 2009  150000 miles
The pump for the front wiper fluid nozzles will not work. The back one works fine. I made sure the front pump was not faulty by connecting it to the rear pump power supply, so I know its an issue with the front pump power supply. I haven't checked the fuse boxes yet.

Ok there are only 2 fuses for the control unit. I suspect if it was a fuse there would be other things not working. The control unit will not output power to the pump unless it sees a pump reguest. Easiest way to see that it does is with a scantool. You would also be able to make the command to activate the pump via a scantool for quicker diagnosis. Other than that you would need to verify your washer switch request at the control unit along with the other inputs. More tedious but not impossible. There could also be trouble codes stored that may be helpful in the wiper module.
