The best:-Engine durability
-Interior toughness and space
-Aesthetic appeal
-High fuel economy
The worst:-Lack of power, but it mostly depends on what are your expectations.
I use it in city drive and for long trips too, and it is pretty ok for me, but sometimes i would like a bit more of torque.
-Spark plugs rear engine positioned.

Honda Civic 2014 Ex-l I thinkThe best:I got mine second hand for a great price, 9k and it had around 80k miles on it. A few years later and it’s at 162k miles and still runs amazing. I do regular maintenance and it treats me great, love that it has a sport mode. Makes it a lot easier to merge onto the highway, and my brake and gas can both be touchy but just makes it easier for me to speed up and slow down faster.The worst:How low the front is to the ground, I parked too close to a curb once and when I backed up it ripped my bumped off and also cause all the clips holding the plastic underneath to break off and drag on the ground. It was easy to push the bumper back into place but now I have no protection underneath, the a/c also doesn’t work great when its 80+ degrees. It’s better than nothing bit definitely doesn’t get as cold as it should, I think the heat from the engine creeps into the cabin so it stays warm. In 90+ degrees the inside of my car is maybe 75-85 degrees. If I’m driving fast on the highway it’s closer to the cooler end.

Maybe later.The worst:I traded for my 2005 Honda Civic with over 230,000 miles on it. Honestly if I had him been in my right mind and thought to check the mileage then I wouldn't have traded for because it so high even though I didn't know that a Honda can still run very well with high mileage that to me is just too high to start out. Along with the high mileage I traded for someone else's miseries but to work out now. The body is not very good looking but it runs nice. I've had to have a push button start because for whatever reason the switch does not start the car. And now there is a noise, to me it sounds like yeah when you have big tires on your car and it sounds kind of like the power steering is whining. These noises get louder the faster I go and the longer I drive. It's driving me insane. It's hard getting good help because a lot of the people that say they can help somewhere out to just hurt and some of them don't know what the hell they're doing. Other than that it's okay except for the exterior really needs work.0

Honda Civic 2019 Hatchback EXThe best:No mechanical issue yet.The worst:The paint is peeling off my door handles and side mirrors. I live in FL and have seen others Civics gen 10 doing the same. Also the rubber on the windows is cracking and degrading. This part is where the window goes in/out of door, has the felt to clear window. The detective paint and rubber started 2yrs ago, when car was 4yrs old& About 75k miles.
Squirrel or rodent did try to chew my spark plug wire harness. Honda knows the situation based rubber attracts pests. Honda needs to own these problems.

A normal set of relays one could change out would have been nice.1
