AC not working when car stop in traffic or lights

When vehicle start and in running ac is tripping again and again

I did not find air conditioners filter of my Honda city 2006 model. Please let me know.

While driving in bumper to bumper traffic, after 10 minutes, while accelerating the car from stand still, I am experiencing a loss of engine power for a few seconds. This gets fixed if I press the full accelerator or turn off the ac. Turning off ac works for another 5 mins, after which this also does not work. What could be the problem?
