Ford F-150 2005 4.6 V8 Ext cabThe best:No maintenance issues for almost 20 years. The interior has held up really well. A/C still blows cold. Still drives smoothly.The worst:The sound system. The CD player went out about 10 years ago. Now, each time I start the car, I have to re-tune to my radio station.
Ford F-150 2020 Lariat, 3.5l ecoboost, Crewcab, 4WD, 10 speed TransmissionThe best:Rides smooth. With regular fluid changes I’ve had very few mechanical issues. Great power when needed. I tow a 4 seater RZR and a 850 Sportsman ATV with no issues.The worst:I am at 95k and I have the cam phaser rattle which means I need to invest some money. My transmission is also shifting hard. Especially when towing and in towing mode where the engine helps you slow down it down shifts really hard.

Ford F-150 2008 Supercrew 5.4L flexThe best:Owned it since new and I can count on one hand the number of times it has left me stranded. Old reliable still going strong with 104k miles on it.The worst:3rd brake light is poorly designed. We have to change the gasket regularly or water gets inside the cab. The IWE and vacuum setup on the 4 wheel drive system is jenky. Instead of vacuum being applied to lock the hubs, vacuum is applied to disengage them. This has led to multiple replacements of the front IWEs. We finally rerouted the vacuum lines to keep the IWEs disengaged all the time.

Ford F-150 2013 Ex. Cab The best:13 years old and only a couple minuscule replacement parts needed.The worst:1. Around 10 degree F the radio won't play sound. The info center shows the radio is on and sound levels are adjusted correctly, just no sound until the cab warms up a little!

Ford F-150 2019 Limited, 3.6 Ecoboost w/twin turbosThe best:Aluminum body - no rusted panels in the USA's rust belt.The worst:The rubber seal on the blind-spot sensor in the right-rear tail light was not seated properly. The seal leaked allowing water inside the tail light housing shorting out the blindspot sensor and the lower half of the LED lights. The replacement Blindspot sensor was $1800 and the replacement LED tail light housing was $1600.
