The steering wheel radio volume button does not work, bu;t the ac/heater fan and temperature do, and the left side has cruise control buttons all work fine. Is there a fuse for the radio controls?
Right side don't work left does and radio buttons on left of screen and right of screen not working press cd eject and screen recognizes that there is no CD so no radio still
It's the switch, dirty contact. Had to remove the airbag to access the 2

Used compressed air. Works fine.
When I drive over bumps or rap the steering wheel the system acts like there's an open door somewhere and the seat belt light comes then off with the door ajar light and the wiper blades wont stop wiping twice, the rear wiper does not respond and the controls for the front wipers are unresponsive too
Thought it was a problem with wiring but turned out to be a fuse that was initially thought to be good due to the break in fuse being so small and difficult to detect.
I have a special 'cop car' 2009 ford expedition XL XLT and i cant find the OBD Reader, neither can o'rileys, auto zone, and the sheriff department. Its not under the steering wheel where it would normally be.
Radio quit working and now buttons on both sides of the screen do not work the right side of my steering wheel buttons do not work but on the left side they do check my fuses found one burnt out radio fuse replaced it but still no go
I checked the relays under the steering wheel under the dash and using a multimeter on ohms I get a reading on the black relay it reads 75 ohms but I don't get one on the blue. Any reason why this is? Does that mean it's bad?
