Radio and dash glitching and indicator muting

When using the brake or indicator the radio will start glitching aswell as the lights and dash. It’s so annoying I’ve read it could be the negative cable but has anyone else experienced this and fixed it ??

Radio is not switching on or showing anything on the display as well as indicators are no longer clicking I've checked and replace the fuse no 4 n 5 but the problem still persist i also checked the negative cable but there is nothing wrong with it, any one who might assist please share your expirience as to how did you fix

Have noticed it does trigger alot when using the indicator or breaking and the radio(have had it turned off for 2 days and hasnt had any issues).
