horn goes off when door is locked

when i lock my car or when any door is locked the alarm will randomly go off and will keep randomly going off till i unlock all the doors

First hi beam relay stuck light not going off, then horn not working same with wiper. All fuses and relays working, All ground from fuze box ok. All good up to fuse. What's wrong.
