Front end creaks sporadically when making tight turns
Chevrolet Colorado 2020 WT / 3.6L Gas 40000 miles
Often when the truck is first warming up but occasionally when I've been driving for a while, the front end will make a noise like a creak you hear while walking up a set of old barn stairs as I crank the wheels to turn the truck. It is more likely to happen when I make a tighter turn. Is there something that needs to be greased or is it just a sound from something flexing oddly?

Might wanna have your power steering pump checked had the same issue, didn't have it looked at a few days later my power steering pump went
