Occasionally, my car does not start and the battery is ok. When it does, a padlock signal blinks in the dashboard and I need to wait for around 15-25 minutes and then it suddenly starts working. How can I unlock it?

Had a bad jump start that fried a few things a few months ago. Replaced battery and alternator, so those are both new, and replaced the 100 amp mega fuse and A/C relays. The truck started and ran for several weeks, but then one day turned the key and it did absolutely nothing...also, absolutely NO lights on the dash display except for the check engine light. Had a friend test with scanner and it can't link with computer. Got a new programmed PCM, installed it, and same problem. I think it's a relay, but no idea which one.
Also, we've noticed that now the brand new battery goes dead quickly, like, in about 3 weeks. I just think that's awfully quick for a new battery to go totally dead. It's as if something is stuck ON and draining it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello I was having trouble coming to a stop and my engine wants to stall so I finally came to replace the throttle body and did a tune up while under the hood with spark plug and ignition coil replacement and oil change. When I finished I come to turn the key and no start. I continue to replace the fuel pump, Mass, map sensors and crank position sensor. With my finally replace was the fuel injectors. After following the repair Manuel. Its turns on for a second and doesn’t stay on. I did a compression test and it passed with 170 psi every cylinder when I was driving lasted there was some loud noise coming from the engine but they went away. I check all the fuses and nothing blown

All off a sudden ac stopped working an blowing hot air the Freon is full plenty of pressure but compressor won't kick on I checked the pressure valve sensor on the line jumped the plug with a wire an compressor still doesn't work

I have all lights but no Hazard lights working ? Replaced Hazard switch and checked all fuses OK?

All 4 power door locks stopped working at the same time. They don’t work with the button, or the remote key fob entry! The owner’s manual does not list the fuse # for power door locks that I could find ! Or could it be something else?

Mechanic changed oil in my truck and afterwards an engine light was triggered that said 200amp blown alternator fuse. Mechanic tried to order and it is on back order with unknown eta. So now what can I do?

Radio went out, checked the AUX fuses and they were all in tact, shoulD I pull radio and check for connection.

Communication errors, U0073, U0101, P0700 plus three other codes. All the dash warning lights go on, once the vehicle gets warmer, shut it off and turn it back on, only service engine light is on, won't shift. Clear/erase the codes, no service engine light on, shifts fine. Put in new battery. The ABS fuse was replaced earlier

My truck kept blowing the fuel pump fuse. I could change the fuse and it would drive for a minute then it would blow again. Now it won't start at all and i tested the wires with an eye tester and it's only getting 5volts to the fuel pump. I know it's in the wiring in pretty sure. But how to i find out where in the wiring.

Im haveing issues with my throttle body control system it an obs scan said its tbi a control lotor circuit range performance ive checked all wires running from pcm to throttle body voltage seems good i even put a diffrent used throttle body in and a used gas pedle and cant get out of limp mode ive reset pcm many times checked for blown fuses all seems good i did recently put a new fuse box but i cant see how that would effect this i dont know wat to do next any ideas???

Can not find in fuse box located on engine and nothing under steering wheel

This just recently started happening. When I start the truck I hear a loud popping noise which seems to be coming from my dashboard screen. The first time it happened it really caught me off guard and then my truck almost didn't start so I thought it was a battery issue, but now the truck starts just fine. Please advise

My auxiliary switch, which is on the dash, I had hooked up exterior lights to that switch. They work just fine, and then they didn't. Now i've checked the power, and everything is correct from light back to the switch. When I checked to see if there was any power coming from the switch when I turn it on there is no power.I'm not getting any power whatsoever. I checked all the fuses inside the cab near to where it wires up and everything right. Is good? I am now at a loss.Can you help me find out why that switch?Does not have power any longer? The switch does still light up on the -, but the switch is not letting any power out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My battery recently went bad and after I replaced the battery, my phone will no longer properly connect to my truck via USB. When plugged in, the connection is unstable and will disconnect and reconnect constantly. I replaced the actual USB ports in the truck and that did nothing to solve the problem so the ports themselves are new and likely fine.

I was working one day and I knew I was running low on fuel. I pulled up to job cut truck off went and did job. Come back out and it wouldn't start went and got gas put it in and still wouldn't start. Noticed it was blowing a fuse to fuel pump. Tried a new fuse and did same thing. Tried several times and no luck. Thanks for any help

I replace the bulb and that didn’t fix it. I tried looking for the fuse cannot find it finally tapped on the side and it started working now it’s not working anymore

After a battery change, my truck will not lock or unlock using the key fob. Although I'm not sure if the battery change is the issue as nothing is out of place or damaged. I changed the batteries in my main and spare fob but still nothing. The truck works fine and starts great, but it must be manually locked and unlocked with the key. What can I do to fix this?

Was gifted a 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from my father in September 2023. it was this last weekend that I discovered that the third break wasn’t working so puled the light assembly off the cab and saw the bulb was burnt out so I replaced it fully expecting to work like normal but it didn’t. I cant tell for sure but from what I’ve read and investigated both the third brake light and the cargo lights are controlled by the same fuse. Found a left signal light fuse....meaning the fuse has interrupted signal as the left signal light is flashing. But there is not one for the right side. Trying to wire in an auxiliary signal light (s) but can't find for the right. If I use the trailer fuse, then the signal lightnwill be activated with the brake as well
