Having the exact same problem... I think this gonna like down to a interior fuse box fuse check the one for fuel inj and ecu and fuel pump module

Will not start without a jump and when i turn over it clicks, i just bought a new battery so thats not the issue, when it started with a jump i heard a weird click/pop noise coming from the driver side engine bay fuse box

I have a 1994 buick regal custom 3.8 I bought a new battery , alternator, and starter it still won't start or crank interior lights come on and the chime for the keys when you start it comes. The radio works. Instrument cluster lights up as well. I an puzzled because under the hood it won't make a sound.
