Enigne knock only after cold start and only when driving not on neutral and only above 1500 rpm. There were some metal flakes in the oil filter but not much. Suspects are oil pump aș cause and bearings as effect. Someone suggested injectors. Car has 250 000 km. Distribution has just been replaced together with rocker cover, engine mounts , and various gaskets and o-rings.
