The radiator fan is turning on only when i remove a 10amp ac fuse

The radiator fan is getting on when i remove the 10amp ac fuse but the ac switches are going blank and when i keep the fuse back the fan is turning off. Even if i ran the engine idle for more than 25 mins, it is not over heating
