Dash lights on my 2003 Nissan Xterra went out suddenly is there a fuse inside the vehicle to replace for that.

After front windshield wipers have been on for more than 15 minutes (doesn't matter if they are on low or high) they stop working. Sometimes for a mater of 10 minutes or 12+ hours. Fuse is fine, wiper motor has been replaced as well as the wiring and linkage
