When you push accelerater the car bogs down in drive if you switch to manual and shift the gears it does better but still not right. Changed bolth pumps and fuel pressure selinoid

Everytime im at a stop light, whenever i hit the gas it goes really slow til some time after. If i hit the gas “normally” the rpms go to 3+ so i gotta be gentle with it and gradually increase the pressure on the gas. Have been told by some friends it can need a transmission fluid change or spark plugs?
