When I open the car and open the radio , sometimes there's sound, and sometime no sound, why this occur?

So the sound in the car stopped working. Thought maybe it was a fuse inside the stock radio. Replaced the radio and still no sound. Thinking maybe it's a fuse in the dashboard box but I'm not sure. I'm just hoping it's not the wiring.

When put the gear in reverse automatically starts to sound the alarm as is there was something nearby the left back side
