Can't turn steering wheel at all

Would a power steering leak cause a high-pitched squeal? Sometimes it’s super loud and other times it just stops. I am going to fix the leak. I’m just checking if this would be the cause of the noise?

Power steering assist fault coming on. Hi pitched whining with 1/16 of a turn to either side. Also difficult to turn.

Not a dialy driver. Truck was working great. I parked it for a week and my wife went to drive it. I got that phone call wondering why my truck was hard to turn. Sure enough, no power steering. No noises, no vibration, just not working at all. Any ideas. I have looked on the internet to find a problem and the $1600 for a rack and pinion is scary.

Truck starts okay. It starts and all goes backwards and forward but it doesn't turn left or right. It's so hard

I have replaced fuse boxes fusses relays Wire harness Alternator /Battery Power steering pump and resovoir,AC Pump, Serpentine Belt Solenoid... And I'm ready to throw in the towel... please Help

Missing fuses making loud noise steady getting louder until it just shut off after the radio and lights faded out, coming into my driveway. Ford has replaced the ECM and multiple visits later nothing has been done. Power steering and AC won't stay working even though both are full and there are no leaks. I figured it would be a pulley or tensioner making the gradually louder noise but i pulled on it and it seems okay still so I'm just lost here and tired of throwing money way to a dealership and other mechanics whenever it seems to be something bigger or even more simple cause the problems that are occurring.

Was driving home from a jobsite, heard a weird ticking or clicking sound(over the noise of rushing air cause windows down due to no ac) and decided to exit the freeway and check it out. As i was exiting, the truck lost all acceleration and power steering and truck died before i could get off the offramp. Would not start again. Battery is and was fully charged. When trying to start all i get is 1 grind sound and the starter solenoid is burning the little rubber between the solenoid and main starter body. What should i do?
