Any responses. Is it possible that someone could intentionally do something to cause my Explorer not to crank? I have read things on the internet for hours, watched countless YouTube videos and had knowledgeable people have a look. The battery is fine, the starter tries when the connections are bridged,. Turn the key and the dials move, lights come in but no crank...just the red anti theft light flashes rapidly. I ask if someone could do something because I suspect someone I know who has the smarts to do something like this. All I can think is the programming has been tampered with and now the key and the Explorer don't communicate. Plz help

Anti-Theft system light is on

Was driving the car and anti-theft light came on started flashing now it will not turn on we don't have the dealer key

That's a problem. You have to scan the vehicle and see what's going on. Maybe the receiver in the switch is damaged or your ECU has to be retuned to make it recognize the key again.

Same thing driving and car shut off try ti turn on the security light flashes code 16...but can't find the fuse for it and I don't have any burnt ones to tell...

IGN problem or anti theft

Ford Explorer 2006 4.0 122000 km

Will not do anything turn key on no dash lights anti theft light not blinking. Battery voltage is at 12.5 volts. Door chime not working with key in IGN with door open.

Lost key and bypassing the Anti-theft so my fuel pump can turn on

My truck was stolen and when I got it back but they lost the keys to it and now I'm trying to bypass the Anti-theft because my fuel pump won't come on
