I thought the starter was bad replaced still no start checked fuses and relays

first thing my car has almost half a tank in fuel but the fuel gauge is denying all this, it says empty, when i turn in the key nothing happens, I turned to check if the battery is fine, and have taken out the starter to test and all was a success, i checked fuel pump relay and fuse and i got about 106.6 ohms. Please assist what could be the issue with my ride. Thank you

My sonic will not start it’s throwing a P.O. 420 code and I’ve fixed the sensor smog senor I’ve tried everything and I still can’t get it to start it will turn but not start?,??? I don’t know but I’ve came to my end far as my knowledge of is ending can u help me out so my problem is no start it turns over but will not start do think it could be my starter or could it be my fuel filter or pump.

Had my engine replaced, with one from the scrap yard. After 8 months , The car trises to start , i get a click click then sometimes starts the most of the time it does"nt , code tellms me something about low voltage to starter. have a new battery so that is good . any ideas ?
