Radio works initially and then after a bump or 2 it goes out

when i disconectted my Radio to inspect why it was disconecting power from the speakers same sound when unpluging a Guitar from and Amp , and coming back in seconds, loud bang, so now when i re plug my radio back in and the two antanas . nothing happens, no lights no sound, is there a way to reset system in the fuse box,

The stereo system, gas gauge, speedometer, oil pressure, trans temperature, electric gauge, interior screen all went nil at the same time.
