Electrical issue

Hyundai Elantra 2012 automatic 185000 miles
My low tire light will come on (no low tires), my radio goes out, my clock goes out, locks on doors do not work, "trip" information will not work, dome light, etc. After days of not working, they will just all come back on. This time however, my low tire pressure light stayed on and the dome light won't work. Everything else came back on. Does anyone else have this issue? One person on a forum mentioned if LCM/JCB was getting wet and shorting out (on another person's car). I have no idea what this is.

Front tires noise

Hyundai Elantra 2011  124000 miles
When driving at any speed, my car has a noise coming from the front tires, like a buzzing, similar to the one that is made by damaged hub bearings in the wheels. I have been told it is a problem with the steering rack.

These would be your c joints on both driver and passenger sides. If you are unable to replace right away please don't turn s9 sharp and start rolling before turning helps relieve stress on those joints.
