My inside door lock switches on both doors will not unlock my doors when I press them. They will lock the doors. Could this be a fuse?

My front right door (passenger) doesn't lock either if I press the lock button on the key (all doors lock except him) or if I try to lock it from the lock button/latch on the door the lock doesn't go down any solutions? Thanks in advance

Rear liftgate is closed. Message on DIC says Rear Access Open. Most days it’s just that. Some day, door locks cycle numerous times while driving. Usually, if I open and close the Liftgate (overhead switch) it will stop the locks cycling, but message remains in DIC. Already had to replace front passenger door lock actuator. Other actuators seem fine. Also replaced Liftgate lock actuator, liftgate switch and Liftgate window switch. Problem remains. Liftgate and window both open with remotes, and both switches. Once in a while, Liftgate will not open thru remote or switch, but will unlock for 10 seconds, then actuator will cycle and lock, with liftgate still closed.
