Electrical issues with the inside fuse box

Toyota Solara 2004 Toyota solara 200000 miles
The dealer who solde the car decided to bypass the electrical system to install a new motor for the convertible roof and installed a toggle switch to operate the roof. When I bought the car home I realized the driver's seat was not working to move the seat forward or backward however it would still move up and down and the back of the seat would move forward or backwards. Then I had someone temporarily fix the seat and the power windows started to work but I lost the use of the power lock on the key fob and the clock would not work and the dome light would not come on. My keyfob won't work besides trunk button

Toyota Solara 2004 3.3 V6 242000 miles
My keyfob was going out i would have to hold the buttons down to lock or unlock the car but the trunk button worked fine. Eventually i changer the battery out and made sure everything was connecting properly before putting the casing back together and still only the trunk works. Any ideas if it may be a fuse or a sensor from the car to the keyfob?

Car alarm randomly goes off it's hot outside

Toyota Solara 2008 SLE 3.3 V6 Coupe 233000 miles
My car alarm goes off in the summer months randomly. It seems that if the weather outside is about 60 to 70 degrees F°, I'm good. But anything above that, when my car is in direct sunlight, the alarm starts going off. I have to hit the button to get it to stop, and 5 minutes later it will happen again. It's very disruptive and embarrassing. This NEVER happens in the cold. I checked the fuse in the interior that controls the alarm and will replace it today, because it has arched. But I'm not sure if it arching has anything to do with it going off when it's gets hot outside.

Foglamp relay

Toyota Solara 2000 v6 250000 miles
Installed new foglamps but they don't turn on. For context I was a crash a few years back and never replaced them. Fuse is new, wires are good,(have replacements in case) bulbs are new and the switch is good. All I have left to check is the relay but no idea where and what kind it is.
