Toyota Land Cruiser problems and issues

After fitting New RR Brake calliper I have not been able to get brakes bled properly. We tried putting 20psi air pressure into the fluid reservoir, we have followed the Toyota brake bleeding process perfectly. Also followed all advice on IH8MUD re brake problem. The ABS Unit has never worked on this vehicle since purchase, however we have changed out 2 other brake callipers and 1 burst brake line, with no brake bleeding problems. This time is very different. Brake pedal going straight to the floor. During many brake bleeding attempts we believe that air may have gotten into the fluid reservoir by mistake. Any help or guidance will be gratefully received.

When I drive for 4 hours the gas pedal begins to not respond when I press down it jerks me shaking the car a lot all the time when the car gets hot and the rpm’s jump to 2 and back to 1500 repeatedly making a sound whining up and down
