I have maruti suzuki swift lxi 2016 model my sony stereo is only working in afternoon only hot days it's not functioning in morning and night.

I have no dash lights I've got all other lights but no dash light n radio don't work

I recently took the car for a service and a battery change. I noticed that when nthey binstalled the battery they did not place a backup supply on the OBD port as everything had zero'd, clock radio etc etc. The guy said thats only needed on start stop vehicles. ( i am not stupid ). Since the battery change the following errors have appeared to which the mechanic claims that the cameras break very easily and also because we are in a very hot country and the sun burns them they break easily.
