When I press the remote to start the vehicle response hood open but the hood is not.

A year ago it started to stall out on me while i was driving. I could throw it into N and she would start back up But then it started happening more often until 8 months ago that trick no longer works. Now i can get it to start up once in awhile but if i shut it off it wont start again. I have replaced the fuel pump twice, replaced the spark plugs, replaced the starter, replaced the ignition mode, bought a stupid chip for the TIPM because one so called repair shop said that was the problem (it wasnt). My truck won’t start and I can’t figure out why my starter is fine and I’ve bypassed my room and key thing. It will only click at the starter

When I push the push start the power comes on and I get a click and that is it. It doesn't turn over i have replaced the battery and starter

The gaskets in the valve cover and the oil filter housing had blew. I replaced the gaskets. Now I’m having problems with the starter solenoid relay which is reading a 2 or higher volts when the truck is turned off. Idk what to do because my pcm is also not getting any power when I use the light tester.
