Headlights gone dim

LEDs fitted when i bought truck in 2019, start of this winter noticed dip beam was very dim, on advice i fitted new LEDs, still the same. As i don't really like LEDs i went back to hlogen bulbs but dip beam still very dim... I have cleaned and polished glass.
