Why my honda city 2013 fuel tank door stuck and cannot open?

After inserting a key and try to self start the cars doesn't gets on also the interior lights gets off also door doesn't locks up

I am lock a car with key and remort because when I press lock button only 2 doors is locked but driver side and Right hand side back door is not lock pessenger side and LHS rear door is lock on remort than I'm manually driver side door lock with key. Second problem is only driver side window glass is working but 3 others is not working with master button and individual button. So kindly solve this problem
