Ford F-450 2007 6.0L 170075 miles
Once I start the truck after a few minutes it will rev up to 1200 rpm,for a few seconds then back down. And continue back and forth. Is this my turbo going out???

Could be but check turbo psi under load. Also check battery voltage when it’s doing the rev
