I have a evap issue it will pop a code say evap leak loose gas cap bought a new one it stills says it the it will pop up a 02 high voltage bank 2 senor 2 evaporative emission system leak detected gross leak no flow i do have the hemi tick because my driver side manifold cracks its bolt and i recently have fuild come out of spark plug changed spark plugs and havent delt with thsat since but it will devour gas mid grade and high grade please help its my grandfathers truck hes no longer here and im trying to keep it alive

Check battery terminals first, any corrosion needs to be gone. Check all Fuses and relays first. Use a 9 volt battery to check relays. 85 and 86 on the relay are pos/neg

Ignition coil,
Spark plugs,
Spark plug wires,
Distributor,
Grounds,
Crank position sensor (One of the most common)
Fuses,
Relays.

Fuel pump,
Fuel Rail,
Fuel Filter,

Some components to check for oxygen in the system:
Mass air flow sensor (maf),
Electronic control module (Ecm)
Exhaust leaks,
Dirty air filter,
Vacuum leaks on connectors/hoses,
Intake manifold gasket, or the intake manifold can be cracked. Positive crankcase valve (pcv)
Exhaust gas recirculator (egr) valve
Brake booster diapragm torn

IF it was running before and it stopped running, you can kind of narrow the problem down. First ill say its a 2007... so that truck is 18 years old. Fuel filters can be clogged, fuel pump can be worm out from running on E all the time.
Hissing noise can be vacuum leak,
My 97 would start, but sometimes id have to gas/brake to keep it running. Found a broken vacuum line connector too. High rpm idle can indicate certain things too.
Then started some research on air/fuel/spark
