Had VVT issue, replaced. Battery is fine. Now it won’t start.

VVT went bad, changed it, battery is fine, now it won’t start it ran right after part was changed. Someone suggested neutral safety switch. What could the problem be?

I have 2023 Chevrolet 1.3 trailblazer having sudden issue in brake system failure. I checked with mechanic but they only reset the system and the issue removed. But it's happen to me two times and don't know why it's coming and how it will be resolve permanently.
