The relay is powered up and activated thanks to a small electrical current. When it is activated, it lets a current that is much bigger than the original one flow through other two outlets. It is used to control the headlights, the rear fog light, the electric fan, etc.
Ac doesn’t turn on, no Freon leak, has enough, have bypassed low pressure switch on accumulator, no high pressure switch located-(have checked around condenser and high side lines-this is a dual cooling unit. No codes, ac switch does light up when turned on and both blowers are working-could the three cooling fan relays have anything to do with activating the compressor? I did notice that the cooling fan motors do not speed up when turning on ac, and also engine temperature is running right where it should be, at 210 degrees, never overheats
Dash lights radio engine died going down road...starter turns motor over but want start. Ignition fuse good fuel pump fuse and relay good. Has fuel in the tank. Sun roof want close and both doors windows want work .04 suburban 1500 250,000 miles
I noticed that the fuel pump relay is missing do you have to have a relay for that? I’ve had other relays stolen a few months ago and replaced them and now I’ve noticed that the fuel pump one is missing. Do you have to have it?
I had a wire running from the fuel pump to the fuse box under the hood that went into the fuel relay the stop light thing on the brake pedal was bad. I took it off, and I lost all power and now nothing work.
The overhead dome lights would flicker for about a month and now finally will not come on. The door lights come on no problem which leads me to believe it is not a door switch because they come on when any door opens. Ive checked all fuses and none are blown. Is there a relay for the overhead dome lights?
Simultaneously the reverse lights are not working and ive checked those bulbs.
