New throttle body not working

Chevrolet Suburban 2004 5.3 250000 miles
I just bought a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban that wont accelerate much more then it does just by putting it in drive. I tried replacing the throttle body and its not working the valve isn't opening any ideas on how to fix? I've been told simply clearing the codes will fix it but I need other options to run down too. Any help is appreciated!

Obd2 reader

Chevrolet Suburban 2003 1500 4x4 automatic 19800 miles
I hook up my OBD2 reader so the port and it runs through and gets just to the end and then it says has no communication and it says please turn off key and wait 10 seconds and check if key is in the ignition. Anybody got any ideas what's causing this? I had my throttle body going a week ago and the truck put it in past lock and mobilize the engine, so I had to bypass the passlock system so I can get the truck started and running. Now I got it working my OBD2 reader is not working. Anybody got any suggestions.

Transmission Stuck in Second Gear (limp mode)

Chevrolet Suburban 2008 LT 5.3L FLEX FUEL 167000 miles
Driving on fwy after a traffic slow down, truck would not go faster than 25 mpg. RPM's would go high but no speed. Replaced trany filter and gasket, 1-2, 3-4 & 3-2 solenoids, trany valve position pressure switch, torque converter modulation valve and throttle position sensor. Replace TCM w/rebuild. No codes on dash. No luck issue persists. If press hard on gas pedal it feels like if it goes into a gear but then revs up and goes back to second.

Pedal position

Chevrolet Suburban 2013  165000 miles
I don't have adjustable pedals (no button for that in my LT model); however, I was driving when I felt the gas pedal and then the brake pedal pulsating and the pedals moved outward so I had less leg room. I would like to move them back in. How do I do that?
