I've done the engine swap for a friend and apparently the distributor connector pigtail got pulled away from the wires on the truck. I have a new pigtail but the wires on it are a different color than what's on the body.

Tensioner pulley shit the bed and the belt frayed and blew off. Put a new pulley and belt on and after doing so, the power windows and locks, gauge clusters, and 4 wheel drive electronic swith quit working. It's a 2003 chevy silverado.

I have a 2004 chevy silverado1500 5.3 will not turn over. When I turn key on it. Has power to every thing good fuel pressure,battery full charger good power connection everywhere but will not turn over I've jumped a wire from the starter solenoid to the hot post on the battery and it will turn over but still won't crank but when it warms back up above 30° it will start just fine i can't figure it out I drive it every day back and forth to work it really frustrating because it make me later for work during the winter

I put a coil new wire cap but it get spark get gas but don't. Strart

I hope someone can shed some light on my issue. When using the turn signal to turn left, it blinks once normally on the dashboard then blinks on and off rapidly. The tail lights are not lighting up or blinking to indicate that the turn signal is on. I also noticed that the hazard lights also do not flash in the driver side tail light. I checked the fuse box inside next to the steering wheel and noticed the BCM fuse keeps blowing out. I've replaced it multiple times but at this point I'm just wasting fuses. Fuel injector harness ohms good back to the harness for fuse block. Replaced spark plug, spark plug wire and fuel injector. Any help is greatly appreciated. Does anyone have a wire diagram for cylinder 5 fuel injector? Runs on 7 cylinders not 3 as they say. Haha

I’ve been working on this truck for a while now and I’ve managed to fix all problems that my check engine light reports. There is no longer any check engine lights but I’m still experiencing some problems. When ever I’m in a parking lot about to reverse park, my truck will suddenly cut its self off. I am also experiencing some poor engine responses as well as delayed acceleration. I’ve replaced spark plugs/wires, all O2sensors, EGR value, air filter, and gas filter also have done a gas treatment.

I believe a wire shorted out, I'm trying to either reset or replace fuse or breaker or wire but unsure.

How do I splice in a new 5 wire pigtail into throttle body sensor

While changing some parts and installing LED headlamps and park lamps, I had removed the dash bezel and unhooked the headlight switch. I changed the turn signal blinker to one designed for led turn signals as I had the fast flash after install. When I turned the vehicle to the on position without the headlight switch installed, I noticed a small flash from the terminal the switch plugs into. 2006 Silverado 1500 4.3 v6 no crank, no start, no spark, no trigger signal between icm and ig coil, no pulse on signal wire from ckp to icm, odb2 coming on but wont connect

Engine intermittently will kill, then come right back even while driving. Loss of power, sputters comes back up. Sometimes that low wire is fine, other times it will die and be a hard start, but will start and then be fine. It is intermittent

One plug wire was removed and a few fuses truck stsrted ran rough
Also the sterring colum was busted and having to use starter box to start. Nowvit cranks but wont start

Blow fuse 12 under hood PCM was getting hot. Changed fuse box changed PCM. Got parts truck runs and drives same year. No crank can turn over if jump starter all fuse inside and out good. ? No power to wire at starter solenoid at key up

So this is my bosses work truck that I drive and ever since I started working for him the blinkers act up when you hit the brakes and the brake lights don't work only the top one on the cab. When you hit the breaks the left blinker sometimes lights up and sometimes it's both. When you plug the trailer in the blinkers sometimes blink really fast and sometimes the just turn on and stay on. Understood fuse box cover is missing so unknown correct placement of relays and correct fuses. Someone was guessing and able to start truck by swapping relay positions. Worked a couple times then had to swap them back again, which worked then quit, now they jump it sometimes. I got the truck used and just want it to be done correctly, can I get a diagram please of correct positions and maybe wiring of starter system? Especially ground wires. My guess is the jiggling of relays was what actually was helping like a short maybe or corrosiin. Appreciate any feedback, I obviously can't afford a mechanic and have limited skills.

I have a 2010 Chevy silverado that when I start truck I put it on reverse and backs up fine, shift to D and no movement rpms move but speedometer barely moved at 4500rpm. Removed fuse#19 and put it on D and moves sluggish for a bit then drives smooth. Transmission rebuilt 2 years ago truck has 129000 miles. Could it be a wiring issue if so what should I look for. Or is it check balls, in valve body, pump, or solenoids , fluid is fine not burnt and it has plenty fluid

Changed fuses, attached, factory wiring for aftermarket trailer breaks, I have power to trailer fir lights, turn signal, but still no power to trailer breaks ? Trying to install a break control, can not find an adapter that will not require me to cut wires .

I'm having a window problem. Neither of the windows has any movement. They are in the up position. Checked all wiring and found broken wire fixed and checked with multimeter and it is good now. I checked all remaining wires in the harness and all are good. Checked motor and relay and both are good so I'm completely out of ideas.

Truck once warm will studer and fie or just die wait a few minutd and it will stsrt. Then sfter a few minutes it does it agai have changed coil icm plugs wires distributor cap and module. Put a new stereo in and a wire shorted replace the radio fuse now the transmission is not shifting correctly

Driver side window doesn't work and interior lights don't always come on when door is open. But if I wiggle the wires between the door and body sometimes they both will work.

1 put 2 engines in my trucks both not any connecting or fire on right side coils put in new coils new coil wire and enjecter

The light comes on at 75 mpd, code P0300, changed wires, air filter, added fuel injector cleaner(twice), runs fine, no change in performance. What else should I do? or not worry about it?
