Check engine light on after front brake change

I am new to this site. I have an issue with my 5.3 sometimes has a rough idle and does have check engine light on P0420 I was told to replaced the cats, no changes, replaced all 4 o2 sensors and light still on. any opinions?

I have this issue. My cooling fans had gotten where they would stay running after I parked it and running my battery down . Then also my fuel pump stopped working and then started working again. But the fans come on when I turn the key off and turn off when I turn the key on. Now I have no power windows or locks only half of my instrument cluster works my abs and battery light and check engine all stay on . I have checked every fuse that I possibly know of I don't know what else to do?

Changed oil pressure switch due to a P0521 code i changef and still have my check engine light on and still low oil pressure on gauge. Can someone help please ? Need to get inspected.

As I was driving yesterday my cluster gauges randomly started to malfunction. They’d intermittently act like they were resetting, work for a few seconds then repeat. The next day none of the gauges worked but the check engine light and blinker lights worked and I happened to notice that the 4x4 selector buttons all had their lights on and none of them work. My check engine light came on. Code U1501 & U1510. I drove through some heavy rain for several days so I think my grille shutter control module is shot. When I look up the fuse for that circuit, it tells me F47 which is not correct and I can't find out which fuse it is. I want to ensure the fuse in that circuit isn't blown before I replace the expensive grille shutter.

All warning lights on the dashboard started flashing on and off, Turned engine off. Now I have engine light and lock light, will not start, good battery. Disconnected battery for 24hrs, started right up, now I have Service air bag light and inside lights stay on and runs battery down, pulled fuse for inside lights for now.

After the dealership replaced the sending unit in the truck the gas gage started reading full or empty nothing in between and sometimes it will throw a check engine code. Would the be in the fuel pump or would that be a problem with the computer I’m really looking for a place to start. Is there a place that i could run a meter to see what the problem is before i start tarring into things?
