Chevrolet Equinox 2007 90000 miles
Sounds like something loose in front end. Like a raddle. Struts do not bounce. Going on highway tar strips and small bumps sounds like something loose.

Check the drive shaft carrier bearing had the same noise thought it was the struts found out it's the drive shaft carrier bearing price to repair if that's the problem.
