Just replaced the battery and now car died while on freeway just dead.

Car does not idle properly after starting. Also stalls after a few minutes and stalls when decelerating.

Starts fine even at -20 but sometime just wouldnt, cranks but no start. Give boost starts the car and keeps going but once in a while repeats the pattern.

Whilst driving my 2009 1.9 TDi Jetta suddenly lost power and then died. It starts but dies almost immediately. There is smoke coming from behind the turbo. There is no exhaust gasses coming out of the back at the exhaust. If I disconnect the airflow hose to the intercooler the engine runs.
If i disconnect the air to the intercooler the engine still runs.
Whilst doing either one of the above and i disconnect the air intake from the air filter their is exhaust smoke coming from out ( so it is blowing air instead of sucking.

I have a Jetta A 4 2002 and, when driving, it suddenly jerks, EPC and oil indicators turn on and it loses power until it stalls. I try to speed it up but it won't answer properly. Only after 20-30 minutes the engine will start again. The car has been tuned, the battery, oil pump and air sensor changed but it keeps doing the same thing. Can anyone help me? It really worries me when I'm driving and it suddenly stalls.

Replaced the factory multiple disc unit that died with an aftermarket android CarPlay unit. Wired it into the taillights along with another one for a dash cam (it’s working perfectly). Everything except the backup camera works fine.
The trunk doesn’t work now either.
There’s no real instruction manual whatsoever. China. Came with a wiring harness and cambus decoder that plugs right in.
Got any ideas on this?

My car makes a click-click sound when accelerating around 12mph, and when stopping around 8mph (stopping with brakes or by just letting car coast to a stop on its own. The sound seems to be coming from under the dashboard, towards the odb plug.

My car has been making this sound for some time, but it seems to be more often after replacing my battery after it died.

We bought new. After 7 months of ownership, car completely died at stop light. Was able to restart. Happens intermittently. Twice have returned to parked car and completely dead. Now this weekend this happened, started back up after 24 hours just to die again. After 3 minutes it started again. We have taken it to the dealership and they replaced the battery and the control unit after the first 3 times but obviously this didn’t fix it.

When you press the start button, the dash lights up, but only for a second not giving you enough time to start the Diesel Engine.

Update: issue still not resolved. I don’t really have a starter problem. When I press the Start/Stop button the dash lights up for a second and goes back dark. I have replaced the button, Starter Relay and the issue remains. I toook my 2012 Jetta TDI to VW Of South Mississippi and they cannot resolve the issue. I am fixing go get the car from the dealership for they cannot fix it.

The EPC Light Comes on and than the Car Dies this happened when I Sprayed the Engine

It dies when idleing or somethines while driving. At first it had issues starting had to try key a few times now it starts but dies ive changed fuel filter did an oil change i replaced the camshaft sensor even the o2 sensors i dont know what to do

Power windows blow fuse as soon as fuse is installed.

Car functions normally but sometimes, mainlly when ambient temperature is hot it has problem to start, it will crank, but I have to press gas pedal and maintain higher RPM for a while for it to not stall and shut off, after a few seconds depress the gas pedal and it will work normally

The mass airflow dies after 20 minutes of replacement. It dies and stop working and the car loses power, until I kill the engine and start it again and it gains power again, then after 3 minutes drive it loses power again

All Fuses where taken out by my helpful 10yr old son...I have replaced the fuses to the best of my ability. I did this from getting as many similar fuse panel layouts i could fined online. I may have some wrong...

After reinstalling the fuses in both panels A and B on my 2007 VW Jetta wagon. The car would fire up and start then it immediately died after it had fired up. Now it cranks but does not fire at all. Dead... I'm baffled as nothing actually changed to cause the change... Humm please stear me straight. Thx lol

No indica la velocidad una vez que el vehículo ha sido puesto en marcha ya yendo en velocidad recta uniforme y antes de alcanzar la velocidad crucero. Ya reemplacé el fusible correspondiente y el problema persiste.

After receiving the ecm I install it and the car runs but it stuck in limp mode and the cluster mph nor rpm wk jus a couple warning lights

Sometimes stalling when stopped or sputtering when accelerating from stopped. Comes and goes but get's more frequent in the drive. Got a code P0131 02 Sensor 1. I replaced it, same issue. I unplug the 02 sensor and it will run. I thought it was the harness on the vehicle and had dealership take a look. They did an overlay on it "as a start". They said it was done, I kept asking about the 02 sensor before pick up. "It's good, we drove it, etc.". After pick up about 12 miles later I stall/sputter. They say it's the ECM and Cat. Converter.

I've replaced spark plugs, wires, coil. MAF, MAP sensors. Purge valve.

I own a 2013 VW Jetta GLI. Recently, the driver’s seat was removed for upholstery repair. After reinstalling the seat and reconnecting all wiring, the airbag system and seat heating work correctly, but the power seat adjustment functions (forward/backward, height, etc.) do not operate at all.
Could you please advise on possible causes or provide guidance on resolving this issue?

My TDI shows tail pipe symbol on the car after changing glow plugs. The car smells like diesel inside and the vents have been cleaned. I even showed it to a mechanic and they recommend changing the whole tail pipe which costs $5k. Car is not even worth that much?

Any temporary or cheaper solution?

New alternator after a week battery died car would not start

El carro se acelera a más de 30,000 rpm, solo se queda estable cuando desconecto la válvula iac ojalá que me puedan ayudar lo he llevado con muchos mecánicos y nadie le encuentra la falla

The car was running just fine, over the winter I had to remove the battery because it died due to the cold so I took it inside and put it on a trickle charger when I put the battery back in the car it cranks but won't turn over seems like maybe the emergency theft system not too sure anyone know what this is and can help it's highly appreciated thank you
