I was installing a aftermarket head unit in my truck and accidentally touched my red and black together I heard a pop in my passenger side dash and now my main power wire doesn't work and my clock and power outlet doesn't work too and all the fuses are good

The radio has no power was working now it won't come on at all I've checked out of my fuses and wiring and don't seem to have a problem with either

Radio was working when I shut the truck off. When I started it again I have nothing. Everything else works. I only seem to have one fuse for the radio and it is good.

No volume on radio the peer is there the sources are there no volume. Cant figure it out

Only after a few minutes of starting the car, the stereo, dashboard clock and cabin's lights turn off. 20 minutes later, everything returns to normal. I've already changed fuses and relays. Can someone help me please?

The horn stopped working, shortly before the radio stopped working. Seems to be an electrical issue. I checked the fuses and they look good. They don’t look like they popped so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Has anyone else run into this issue?
