My A/C is not cooling properly

Normally, when I start the car, the air conditioning works instantly and cools the car. However, it’s not working as expected now. I have to wait for a few minutes after driving off before it starts cooling. It’s unpredictable, though. Sometimes, it stops cooling when I’m driving at speeds between 90 and 100 kilometers per hour.

Did you ever happen to find a fix to this? I have the same exact issue with my 2006 Mazda 3

Whenever the AC compressor clutch engages the AC gives off a loud static noise. Its very embarrassing and wont stop. The AC is working though.
