Horn will randomly blown making a turn, recalls was done at Ford Bushing part missing and brakes recall. Steering wheel was completed locked. Horn started to slightly beep, resolved it self and now few weeks later Horn will blow on each turn

Blinkers and steering column lights do not work.

New battery, fuses all check out ok. Car starts and runs fine, but blinkers, horn, and steering column lights are not working.

Battery is good, no power to start ,no headlights, dashboard will not light up, no horn ,no power locks, no radio, had to use manual key to enter.
