Car stalls after idling running for a few minutes. Issue with service stabilitrak, traction disabled.

My car doesn't want to start after putting gas in it. It acts like it wants to the first try after putting the gas cap on, but wont turn over. Then the second time trying, it starts for a couple seconds then dies. Then the third time trying, it'll start, but it runs rough.
*This is all on one time trying to start it*
Like not enough fuel is getting to the engine. I just changed the purge valve last year. The exhaust does have a leak/loose.

I've did that change almost yearly until I replaced the gas cap
Its the EVAP system. Replace EVAP solenoid near throttle body. Changed mine twice.

I plugged in a new power adapter to my camera into the ODP port. Started the vehicle and smelled like something was shorted. 30min later my instrument lights started to all come on and my car lost power...stalled?
